Your information

What Scout Drop Coaching keeps, why, and how to have it removed. In plain English. Updated 5 November 2026.

Who we are

Scout Drop Coaching is an independent Call of Duty coaching service run by Awpehz in the UK. If you have any question about your information, open a ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/scoutdrop.

What we keep

When you book: your Discord username and ID, your team name and players' in-game names, the Twitch VOD links you send, and anything you tell us about what you want to work on.
Your review: the review we make from your VODs, so you can ask questions about it later and see how you've improved next time.
Payments: PayPal tells us when a payment has gone through (the amount and a reference). We never see your card details. For a bank transfer, we see what any bank transfer shows: the name on the account and the reference.
Calls: the time you book, if your review includes a call.
Feedback and quotes: anything you choose to send us. A quote only appears on this website if you've agreed to it, with the name you chose, or none.

This website

No tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Our host, Cloudflare, handles basic request details to keep the site running and secure. If you use "Will your VODs work?", the link you paste is checked with Twitch and nothing else is kept.

How we use it

Only to deliver your review, answer your questions, confirm payments, run your calls and make the service better. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone, apart from the services that make Scout Drop work: Discord, Cloudflare, PayPal, Monzo and Twitch.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's useful to you: most clients book again, and your last review is how we show what's changed. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Open a ticket in the Discord and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
