Terms

The deal

The terms for using Scout Drop Coaching, in plain English. Updated 6 November 2026.

Who we are

Scout Drop Coaching ("we") is an independent Call of Duty coaching service based in the UK. We're not part of or endorsed by Activision or the Call of Duty League. For anything about these terms, open a ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/scoutdrop.

What you get

A review built from your own public Twitch VODs, delivered in your private ticket in our Discord. What's in each review, and what it costs, is on our pricing and in your ticket when you book:

Booking and paying

Your VODs

The VODs you send must be public Twitch VODs of games you or your team played, and you must be happy for us to use them to make your review. We only use them for that, and for the short, anonymised moments described under "Showing what we do". If a VOD can't be read, we'll tell you in your ticket and ask for another.

Calls

Where your review includes a call, you book the time in your ticket. If you can't make it, tell us in your ticket and we'll find another time.

If something isn't right

Tell us in your ticket. Every ticket is read by a real person, and we'll do our best to put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.

Your review, our content

Showing what we do

We may use short moments from reviews to show what Scout Drop does, always with names and gamertags hidden. If you'd rather we didn't use yours, say so in your ticket and we won't.

Our Discord

Be decent to staff and other members. We can remove anyone who isn't. Partner orgs and affiliates also agree to our partner terms when they join.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms that apply to a review are the ones in place when you booked it. How we handle your information is in our privacy page.
